The number one question is all about is building a house, how much it will cost. Most people want to know the cost per square foot to build an entire house or foundation walls or coaching, etc. I have never bid for anything per square meter. There are simply too many variables involved to a “normal” state prices.

Why, you ask?

I have houses, the $ 100 per square meter and others that cost $ 200 per square foot cost of construction. The difference lies in the necessary materials and surfaces. You might ask: “What is the home base” standard “So What?” Again, it’s all in how you define a standard or base.
